How to Apply for Electric Scooters:
* Important Notification: Due to high demand, MSAA has implemented a temporary waiting list for scooters. You may complete and submit your information below to MSAA. Once received, we will place you on a waiting list to receive an application for an electric scooter. We anticipate mailing applications in late spring 2009.
The application states, in part, that before applying to MSAA for an electric scooter you must apply to either private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for scooter coverage. If denied, you must include a letter of denial with your application. To help expedite this process you may want to apply now to the above-mentioned agencies and hold any issued letters of denial.
