Reassurance Calls

MSAA recognizes and understands the difficulty of living with MS and the challenges which result. To help us stay actively involved in the care of our clients, MSAA operates a Reassurance Call program. Through this program, MSAA staff place calls to our clients as a way to help keep the lines of communication open. This program gives clients the opportunity to express any concerns or issues they may have, receive updates on the latest developments with MS and upcoming MSAA activities and events, or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation with someone who cares.
